Brave new world

drove off from our hometown to the south to see this

our country, particularly this part of our country, has been famous for all the wrong reasons. Southern Philippines has got lots to offer to the enthusiastic traveler, particularly to those seeking exotic cultures and landscapes. I believe potential for industry is also large in this place. But since it's infested with rebels/separatists, only very few cities have visible progress. People seldom go this region for fear of getting abducted or killed. So sad.

A beautiful title and a beautiful shot. Can't tell you what that means to me. Let this image be the brave new world we are facing, not the hammer that's coming down.
