Shanghai rush hour

Posted by
shoti (somewhere in, China) on 16 May 2010 in Cityscape & Urban and Portfolio.

local tourists traveling at this time are WAY TOO many. I don't know, maybe it's just that I haven't witnessed such number in a place in the Philippines, with the possible exception of Boracay and Puerto Galera. Just look at this pedestrian crossing. Those people, I believe, are not locals. I've met a tour guide and she told me that this time of the year the Chinese people start going out of their homes and travel. It's this time of the year they feel convenient to travel since it's neither too cold nor too hot.

Police never move, proof above ;) I like this movement of the crowd a lot, fluent one in this night light. I like the green "lighted" on top of the white building, both colors shine here.
