Yaks are an important part of the Tibetan culture. They(Tibetans) eat their(Yaks) meat, drink their milk, make yogurt and cheese out of it.

And do you try to drink milk or eat yogurt or cheese ?? I heard that it's really strong !!!
This pastoral scene makes me think to Mongolia and it's nomadic tribes... if we imagine electric lines less....

@Evelyne Dubos: yep! their cheese, I think its taste is not really far from a normal cheddar cheese. I think I haven't tried their yogurt? oh but the yak meat is one of the best I've eaten! the nomadic meal, yak meat with stones and some vegetables stewed perfectly! actually, there are some Mongolian nomads living there. . you can see some tents scattered around those beautiful rolling hills of grasslands.

hmmm.. I do not miss your great portrait at all today after seeing this stunning landscape !!! This is just gorgeous !!! What a lovely scene ! I do not know so much about these people life, but I am guessing they live there in these white tents ... and stay they for long period of time .
