many Filipinos were condemning the typhoon, but many children were rejoicing.. the street children around our neighborhood, surprisingly, were slightly polite this day.. very few played in the rain and I only had this one decent shot..
I will try to be as honest as possible with my comments on your photos, I expect you to be the same. critiques are welcome, constructive or not :)

THIS is a good excample of how mankind has destroy the WORL climate and this is a sad moment. I fees sorry for the millions of people in all the parts of the word that will suffer teribly due to the rise of the waters, ACT NOW, DEMAND OF YOUR POLITICIANS TO TAKE ACTION

splendid shot here! love the vibrant color and local settings! the high waters are captivating as is the seemingly playful and unconcerned attitude of the children... i am sure the adults were much more bothered by these floods! marvelous capture!
